What Syncamore stores

Syncamore stores your account identity, saved product and workshop records, usage totals, uploaded and generated product images, support messages, subscription status, and encrypted credentials for stores you choose to connect.

How data is used

Your data is used to provide product analysis, image processing, saved work, billing, inventory reconciliation, and publishing to destinations you authorize. Product images may be sent to configured AI providers only to perform features you request.

Connected-platform data boundaries

Each store connection is separately authorized. Data retrieved from a connected platform is used only to operate the features requested for that platform, such as listing status, authorized shop settings, order events, or inventory reconciliation. Platform-originated listing, customer, and order data is not used to create or populate listings on another marketplace. Other destinations receive the original product record and images you supplied to Syncamore, not content imported from a different platform.

Etsy data

Etsy shop identity, authorization credentials, listing status, shop policies, shipping profiles, and order events are used only for the seller’s requested Etsy features. Etsy-originated data is not transferred to Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, or another marketplace. The Etsy connection can be revoked at any time.

Retention and control

You can disconnect stores at any time, which stops future access through that connection. From Plan & usage, you can request deletion of your account, product records, uploaded images, and connected-store credentials. Billing, security, or legal records may be retained where required.

Service providers

Syncamore uses hosting, database, object-storage, authentication, payment, AI, and connected-platform providers solely to operate requested features. Syncamore does not sell connected-platform data or API credentials.
